Residential staff assists with activities of daily living such as meals, medications, personal care, exercise, leisure and recreational activities, and community events as outlined in the plan of care. Applicants must be of legal age to complete job requirements, possess a valid driver license, and receive criminal background clearance upon hire.

FINANCIAL COORDINATOR:

Counterpoint is seeking applicants for the Financial Coordinator position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, bookkeeping, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, monthly billing, payroll and financial statements. The full job description is available on request.
The 40 hour per week schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, but we are willing to negotiate 20 or 30 hour per week schedules. Full-time benefits accompany positions of 30 hours or more per week and include health insurance with vision and dental options, health savings account, 401(k) , personal time off, and extended sick leave.

VOCATIONAL INSTRUCTOR:

Counterpoint Inc. is seeking applicants for the position of full-time vocational instructor. The instructor is a member of the team working with adults with developmental disabilities. At Counterpoint we assist these individuals with leisure activities, connecting with community and enhancing their daily activities. The Vocational center has an upbeat positive work environment.
The position is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 8:30am-4:30pm.
No experience necessary, paid training provided. $19.80-$21.27 per hour with $1500.00 retention bonus based on training and longevity.
