Residential staff assists with activities of daily living such as meals, medications, personal care, exercise, leisure and recreational activities, and community events as outlined in the plan of care. Applicants must be of legal age to complete job requirements, possess a valid driver license, and receive criminal background clearance upon hire.

FINANCIAL Coordinator
40 Hours Per Week
The Finance Coordinator is directly responsible to the Executive Director and is a member of the Management Team. The Financial Coordinator has overall responsibility for corporate financial activities and major program compliance in accordance with OMB Circular A-133. The Financial Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective internal control over compliance with requirements of laws, regulations, contracts, and grants applicable to State and Federal programs. Responsibilities:

Maintains accurate employee payroll and benefits record.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
-
Support audits by providing required documentation and information.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.

Utilize financial software to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Participate in special projects as needed to improve financial processes.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.

Proficiency in financial software is essential for effective performance.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and other departments.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The Residential Instructor works hands on in the group homes. Our mission is to nurture personal growth and support meaningful lives for adults with disabilities.

SOLO LIVING COACH
40 hours per week.
A Solo Living Coach assists clients in all aspects of home and community living. This includes, but is not limited support and education on health, safety, personal hygiene, grooming, cooking, nutrition, social skills, community access, housekeeping, and money management. The SLC will observe clients for behavior changes and signs of illness or injury, and reports, documents and charts observations and events.

Wage Range:
$19.13-$20.60 per hour
